Transition to life beyond Nepean

Our staff work closely with students and their families preparing them for life after Nepean. We are committed to creating sustainable community partnerships that enable students to explore a variety of post school options. Students have the opportunity to access and participate in a variety of programs to prepare them for their future pathways – these could include visits and placements at adult centres, school based traineeships, work experience or accessing formal learning through community agencies such as Skills Plus.

Since 2015 we have partnered with Skills Plus to create the opportunity for students to undertake Certificate 2 in Business, Community Services or Sport & Recreation alongside the clients at Skills Plus. We look forward to actively seeking and creating further community partnerships in the future to provide a diverse range of learning opportunities for our students.
